Of course you can. Check the "projects" area: there you can upload your projects, attaching a wide range of multimedia content - videos, photos, audio files and documents.
You can sign up as an individual or as an organization, clicking on “Sign up Now” or on “ Click here to register in S2B”.
You can access two different sections from the homepage. The “Store” section and the “Contact us” section, in order to access the other functions it is needed to register.
You will need to click on the box on the left of the screen “My profile” , there you will be able to change your profile picture, upload personal videos, edit your profile and set notification options.
You need to write in the box "What are you doing?" in order to modify it. The message will be shared with your contacts and shown in your profile page.
You can use the "Invite contacts" button into the left bar. They will receive a mail from you containing your invitation.
You can easily check who is online looking at the box “Chat” at the bottom of the page. Then, you can chat with them o you can make a videocall.
You have three different choice, to be available, busy or invisible. You can select your status clicking on "Be available", "Be busy" or "Be invisible", inside the chat box.
Thanks to the user search tool, you will be able to look for someone putting a keyword, a nickname, a localization and/or a dinstance from you.
You can create any type of group you wish in order to publish your company, a project, a product, an event, etc. Every group has its own tools for interaction: forum, videochat, news, calendar, shared files...
Of course you can. Into the public area you can find the main calendar of the network and every group has its own. You can also invite people and be invited, decide to attend one, or to refuse.
You can access the “forum” space into the public area or into a gruop. Here you can start a discussion or reply to existing topics. Inside groups, you can also share pieces of news that will be shown directly in the group page.
The Magazine is another space at your disposal to put articles and posts. You can also have a look at the Top Authors, and if you find them interesting, and contact them.
Online exhibitors guide is provided by the exhibitors that introduce themselves through standard schemes.
Moreover it will be issued the hardcopy S2B Magazine, that will report an editorial dedicated to the event participants that wants to figure out in the magazine through an informative and high quality magazine.
S2B Magazine company editorial costs 300 CHF per page.

It is possible to withdraw from the contract, fulfilling the obligations according to the general terms & conditions.
- Withdraw 16 weeks before event starting date: payment of 1/3 of fee
- Withdraw 6 weeks before the starting date: payment of 2/3 of fee
- Withdraw within 6 weeks before: 3/3 payment of fee
To get more information concerning the withdraw from the contract; it is useful to visualize the General Terms & Conditions on the Exhibitor Contract. (provided online).
Payment for participants need to be made at the contract signing, with the receipt of the invoice, via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided.
The possibility of organizing informative workshops depends on the single event modality.
Example: Start2Match Lugano: 3 rooms dedicated to workshops, in 2 days.
Start2Match Zurich: 1 workshop room dedicated, in 1 day.
Information requests and participation can be carried on thorough the “contacts” section, selecting in the “drop – down” menu “info workshop”.
The organizing team will contact you, suggesting type and topic of workshop , schedule, location and price.
The event will be scheduled in the calendar, participants and visitors will be able to subscribe directing online.
Agenda creation is possible thanks to the dedicated system.
As Start2Match subscriber, and Start2Business subscriber, you have the chance of access a list of events ‘participants as well as to the Starrttobusiness online platform users. Matching dynamics relating the agenda creation, concern only the section dedicated to Start2Match event (this do not restrain Start2Business subscribers from contacting all the Start2Business platform users using the available tools)
Agenda creation is allowed for each single Start2Match event. The process includes: participant/visitor identification– meeting request – acceptance/refusal with reason/counter meeting proposition.
The participant will manage the calendar autonomously, with the possibility of receiving assistant by the organizing team.
Every event room provides information about “how” to get to the chosen location. Moreover, each event section provides information and tips about accommodation, special agreements, parking.
Official deadline varies according to the specific event and participation modality.
For those who participate as exhibitors, deadline is fixed one month in advance before the event opening. For example:
Start2Match Zurich 15 November – Deadline: 15 October.
Event official subscription as visitor deadline is on the starting day of the event. Any after – event access in the section will be evaluated and accepted by the event/system administrators.
Meeting agenda creation will be suspended on the event starting date.
Subscription processes differ according to the event, there are also different types of participation available:
Exhibitor modality:
1 –the participant needs to subscribe to the ”event” described on the platform, the team will contact you, as you will receive a participation confirmation that needs to be sent back to info@swissbg.ch
2 – download the form/contract at disposal online (www.starttobusiness.com, Newsletter, social media) and send it back to the organizing team at info@swissbg.ch. A confirmation will follow.
SUBSCRIBING AS VISITOR:
Participation as visitor is costless, subjected to www.start2match.com subscription. In this way, also visitors will be addressed during the agenda creation process, as well as they will have the possibility of asking for meetings to the exhibitors.

WHEN: Start2Match events schedule different time according to the specific event. Usually, a daily event starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
